What is Elorus
Elorus is a Greek invoicing and accounting platform, fully compliant with AADE's myDATA system. If you already invoice through Elorus, GearFlow can connect to your account so you can issue invoices and delivery documents directly from your quotes, without re-entering the same information twice.
How GearFlow connects to Elorus
The connection is optional and set up per company, under Settings → Elorus:
- Find your API Key in Elorus (User Profile)
- Find your Organization ID (Elorus Settings → Organization)
- Enter them in GearFlow and click "Connect & Test"
From then on, you'll see buttons inside each quote and delivery note to send directly to Elorus.
What you can send
- Invoice — directly from a quote, with equipment/crew line items and correct VAT
- Delivery Note — when equipment is sent out to the client
- Return Note — when equipment comes back to you after the rental ends
Everything is always created as a draft in Elorus — you review and formally issue it yourself, inside Elorus.
The new electronic delivery note system (what's changing)
Under AADE decision A.1123/2024, delivery notes are now transmitted electronically to myDATA, the same way invoices are. This means every time you send equipment to a client, or it's returned, a corresponding digital movement document may be required.
Through its Elorus connection, GearFlow lets you cover this requirement with one click, with no extra manual work.
Note: the Delivery Notes feature in Elorus is a paid add-on (separate from your GearFlow subscription) — activated inside Elorus itself, under Add-ons.
